TRX Suspension Training

What is suspension training? 
Born in the U.S. Navy SEALs and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspenion Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise.  Perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Fitness Anywhere: Make your body your machine.
BODY BLAST: This class follows the traditional group fitness format.  Class is driven by the beat of the music, sets are organized and led by the instructor.  Ideal for new participants.

CIRCUIT TRAINING:This is a boot camp style class, with participants performing exercises for set time periods, moving at their own speed.  Great for those who can push themselves to their limits!!  Includes cardio bursts to keep the heart rate elevated.
